Sound Bath
with Frances Murphy

Join Frances Murphy, certified sound healer, for a guided sound bath where you will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, and other sound instruments "wash" over you. Experience rest, relaxation, or a soothing meditative state. Allow the release of stuck energies or emotions as Frances plays the sound instruments. Everyone's experience is different, but most find it a form of stress relief.
These singing bowls are unique in that each bowl is crafted to resonate with the frequency of each chakra, offering you the opportunity for balancing energies and healing. Experience the powerful resonance within the acoustics of a church sanctuary. You can choose to sit or lay down. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you prefer to lay down. It is recommended that you arrive at 6:45 pm to set up your spot and get comfortable.

You will receive a FireHorse Manifestation Activation Worksheet where your intentions and released patterns are recorded. Illness has spiritual, emotional, and physical components. Origins can trace back to our ancestral lineage, prior incarnations, family trauma, environment, nutrition, thoughts and behavioral patterning, and even collective trauma. It can be overwhelming in dealing with an illness when all of these facets come into play. It is not always necessary to explore every level of an illness, yet the way our DNA responds and expresses itself in relationship to all these factors can influence the way we feel and live our lives.
We will explore these various influences on our health. Conscious tracking, energy palpation, presence, and group process will provide insight into what some of those influences might be. Be prepared to share as attendees will be called upon to work in our group setting.
About the speaker: Laura Aversano is best known as a medical and spiritual intuitive and ancestral conduit. She has authored several books on healing and spirituality; and is a frequent speaker for the A.R.E. New York.
At a young age, she had the ability to communicate with those beyond the veil as passed down in her family. Her abilities heightened after a medical illness, and she began to see patterns that created illness in the body and also see the illnesses themselves.
