Bridge Between Heaven and Earth: A Guided Meditation

In this guided meditation Lin Boffeli and you explore the Archangels and other highly evolved spiritual beings. Join Lin in these sessions and learn who they are. Then through meditation how to utilize their guidance. Often participants feel a heightened connection to Spirit as well as a more psychic connection to life. Lin draws on research based on the works of Diana Cooper, Kyle Gray, and Lorna Byrne. Along with the guided meditation, Lin provides astrological insights for the month.

Sound Bath

Join Frances Murphy, certified sound healer, for a guided sound bath where you will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, and other sound instruments "wash" over you. Experience rest, relaxation, or a soothing meditative state. Allow the release of stuck energies or emotions as Frances plays the sound instruments. Everyone's experience is different, but most find it a form of stress relief.
These singing bowls are unique in that each bowl is crafted to resonate with the frequency of each chakra, offering you the opportunity for balancing energies and healing. Experience the powerful resonance within the acoustics of a church sanctuary. You can choose to sit or lay down. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you prefer to lay down. It is recommended that you arrive at 6:45 pm to set up your spot and get comfortable.

Join Larry Freson of ARE in a 50-minute guided meditation the third Wednesday of the month on Zoom. You will quiet oneself to go inside to work in your heart-space. The Unified Field Meditation is part of this. In it, you will Breathe Light to the Center core of your being allowing it to expand throughout oneself. Archangel Metatron will assist in balancing your energetic field. Your Threefold Flame in the center of your being will kindle.
All that is necessary is a quiet place to tune into Zoom while ideally seated upright in a comfortable chair.
