In The Garden Of One's Heart Meditation

Join Larry Freson of ARE in a 50-minute guided meditation the third Wednesday of the month on Zoom. You will quiet oneself to go inside to work in your heart-space. The Unified Field Meditation is part of this. In it, you will Breathe Light to the Center core of your being allowing it to expand throughout oneself. Archangel Metatron will assist in balancing your energetic field. Your Threefold Flame in the center of your being will kindle.
All that is necessary is a quiet place to tune into Zoom while ideally seated upright in a comfortable chair.

Egyptian Energy Forms: A Qi Gong Practice

The Edgar Cayce Holistic Center invites you to experience Egyptian Energy Forms with Lino Brescia. Qi Gong, the art of consciously cultivating life force energy, is done through various modalities, such as breath work, meditation, and so on. Qi Gong is thought of as a Chinese practice, but it was also practiced in ancient Egypt. In Egyptian art poses or standing in certain ways depict Qi Gong-related energy postures.
Egyptian Energy Forms are very powerful. Each form and movement creates a specific structure of energy that facilitates physiological and spiritual improvements. Through a consistent practice of this energy art form, you can renew or alleviate stagnant energy:
- Improve intuitive abilities and communication with your Higher Self and spirit guides.
- Cleanse chakras and meridians.
- Create a field of protection within your environment.
In this class you will learn and practice 12 basic forms, and the proper breathing technique to use in practicing these forms.

Hawaiian Elemental Healing

Sound Bath

Join Frances Murphy, certified sound healer, for a guided sound bath where you will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, and other sound instruments "wash" over you. Experience rest, relaxation, or a soothing meditative state. Allow the release of stuck energies or emotions as Frances plays the sound instruments. Everyone's experience is different, but most find it a form of stress relief.
These singing bowls are unique in that each bowl is crafted to resonate with the frequency of each chakra, offering you the opportunity for balancing energies and healing. Experience the powerful resonance within the acoustics of a church sanctuary. You can choose to sit or lay down. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you prefer to lay down. It is recommended that you arrive at 6:45 pm to set up your spot and get comfortable.
