Bridge Between Heaven and Earth: A Guided Meditation

In this guided meditation Lin Boffeli and you explore the Archangels and other highly evolved spiritual beings. Join Lin in these sessions and learn who they are. Then through meditation how to utilize their guidance. Often participants feel a heightened connection to Spirit as well as a more psychic connection to life. Lin draws on research based on the works of Diana Cooper, Kyle Gray, and Lorna Byrne. Along with the guided meditation, Lin provides astrological insights for the month.
Lin Boffeli is a professional astrologer, certified hypnotist, Reiki Master and aromatherapist. In addition, Lin has been leading Angel workshops and gives one-on-one private Angel readings.
Matt's Movement with Tai Chi and QiGong

Matt Mallet returns to the Edgar Cayce Holistic Center. Join in with Matt in our weekly class, Tai Chi & QiGong, and cultivate balance, strength and mental clarity in this beginner-friendly class.
Start with warm-up Tai Chi movements, move into QiGong's energy-focused techniques, and close with sharing/reflection time. Through slow, mindful movements, you'll improve flexibility, mobility and overall body awareness while promoting inner calm and relieving stress. Bring your yoga mat.
Instructor Matt Mallett is an avid runner and gym enthusiast. Matt's fitness journey is deeply integrated with his passion for holistic well-being. His volunteer work with special needs individuals fuels his dedication to helping others.

The heart-space is the center of one's being. It has been called the "Seat of the Soul", as unconditional love, intention, compassion, understanding, empathy and forgiveness find their home here. Here also is the center of all healing - pure love.
Join Larry Freson of ARE in a 50-minute guided meditation the third Wednesday of the month on Zoom. You will quiet oneself to go inside to work in your heart-space. The Unified Field Meditation is part of this. In it, you will Breathe Light to the Center core of your being allowing it to expand throughout oneself. Archangel Metatron will assist in balancing your energetic field. Your Threefold Flame in the center of your being will kindle.
All that is necessary is a quiet place to tune into Zoom while ideally seated upright in a comfortable chair.

Evidential Spirit Art is a sacred blend of mediumship and art that creates space for connection, remembrance, and healing. During the session, a portrait/sketch is intuitively guided to reflect the presence, personality, and essence of loved ones who have crossed over.

It's a spirit-guided process where familiar features, expressions emotions, or recognizable energy may gently emerge through the artwork, along with their message. Often people describe feeling a deep sense of comfort, closeness, and meaningful connection through what comes forward.

The FireHorse is a powerful symbol of passion, forward motion, and inspired action. In this personalized activation session, we work with FireHorse energy to help you align your intentions and energetically support what you are ready to create.
Each session begins with a conversation about what you feel called to manifest and what obstacles or energetic patterns may need to be cleared. You will receive a FireHorse Manifestation Activation Worksheet where your intentions and released patterns are recorded. This becomes a personal energetic map that you take home as a reminder of your activation.
During a guided meditation, you will visualize your intentions coming into form, inviting new frequencies and light codes into your energy field to support alignment with your desired path. The session concludes with a channeled light language activation, where intuitive symbols and transmissions are spoken and written onto your worksheet. These symbols act as energetic keys you can revisit for continued integration and activation.

Sound Bath

Join Frances Murphy, certified sound healer, for a guided sound bath where you will hear and feel the sounds and vibrations of crystal singing bowls, crystal singing pyramid, chimes, and other sound instruments "wash" over you. Experience rest, relaxation, or a soothing meditative state. Allow the release of stuck energies or emotions as Frances plays the sound instruments. Everyone's experience is different, but most find it a form of stress relief.
These singing bowls are unique in that each bowl is crafted to resonate with the frequency of each chakra, offering you the opportunity for balancing energies and healing. Experience the powerful resonance within the acoustics of a church sanctuary. You can choose to sit or lay down. Bring a yoga mat, pillow and blanket if you prefer to lay down. It is recommended that you arrive at 6:45 pm to set up your spot and get comfortable.
